She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hintz and Hazel Hintz (Gambill); her husband Raymond M. James; her brother Jimmie Hintz; her nieces and nephews, Jeff Hintz, Randy Hintz, Sherri Hintz Lobb and Gayla Hintz; her parents-in-law, Harry James, Olive and Jess Masterson; and her close friends, Matt Kuhl and Nancy Wrone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Hays and Kim Neff; her grandchildren, Teagan and Carson Neff; her brother Rollin "Pete" Hintz (Jennie); her sister-in-law Marilyn Hintz; her friends, Agnes Koehler, Linda Belcher, Pat Higgins, Nancy Hester, LeRoy Hester and Karl Wrone; and her pets, Kazzy and Tiger.
Masks and social distance requirements will be followed at the visitation and service.
