He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hustedde and Clara Hustedde (Schmidt); his wife Alice E. Schiermann; his son Bernard Hustedde; his daughter-in-law Alice Hustedde; his stepgreat-grandson Austin Branson; and his sister Gladys Hustedde.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Hustedde (Shari), Pat Westhoff (Tom), Vic Hustedde, Ralph Hustedde and Charlotte Sellers (Scott); his daughter-in-law Carol Hustedde; and his sisters, Delores Hempen and Audrey Krebs. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, six step grandchildren, and several step great grandchildren.
