He is survived by: his father Roland Kampwerth; his wife LuAlice Kampwerth; his daughter Whitney Kampwerth Luebbers; his close friend John Luebbers; his siblings, Donna Henrichs (Kenny), Mark Kampwerth (Joyce), Dale Kampwerth (Cindy), Roland Kampwerth, Jr. and Dean Kampwerth (Lisa); and his in-laws, Harvey, Janet Holland, Mark, Jean Holland and Marsha Holland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
