John Yoder Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Yoder of Carlyle, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanley and Elizabeth Yoder (Cline); and his father-in-law Gilbert Miller. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. Miller; his children, John Stanley Yoder, III (Stephanie) of Summerville, SC, Kyle Yoder (Betsy) of Annandale, VA, Nathaniel Yoder (Sherry) of Mascoutah, IL, Ryan Voss (Jill) of Aviston, Andrea Arter (Jeff) of Aviston and Jenn Voss of Aviston; his grandchildren, CJ, Chloe Yoder, Courtney, Kaitlyn, Kim Yoder, Julia Yoder, Grady Yoder, Cole Bornhop, Owen, Zach Arter, Quinton Voss, Archer and Alden Voss; his great grandchild Axyl Yoder; his sister Glenda Moseley (Robert); his mother-in-law Louise Miller; his sister-in-law Karen Fischer; and his in-laws, David, Mary Miller, Jeff Miller and Carla Gerrish. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
