He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel M. Faiss and Edward M. Faiss; and his daughter Nicole Lynn Faiss. He is survived by: his sister Terri Furfaro (Sam) of St Jacob, IL; and his nephews, Sam Furfaro (Shannon) of Trenton, IL, Daniel Furfaro (Kristine Hoxworth) of Lebanon, IL and Matthew Furfaro (Danielle) of Marine, IL.. He is also survived by numerous great nephews and nieces, family and friends.
