He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hall and Jewel Hall (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Valerie Spurgeon, Jonathan Hall (Sharon), Darin Frazier (Julie) and Tara Frazier; and his siblings, Catherine Anderson, Maxine Howell, Luceal Dorries and Leon Hall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
