She was predeceased by: her father Leroy C.. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Maddox; her children, Jeremy Maddox (Leah), Elissa Cameron (Tim) and Michael Maddox (Jane); her friend Cheryl Clark; and her granddaughters, Santa and Easter. She is also survived by 8 loving grandchildren, one great grandson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carlyle Christian Church (1025 Lake Rd, Carlyle, IL 62231).
