Hempen; her siblings, Maurice Hustedde (Alice) and Audrey Krebs (Gene); her son-in-law Andy Wesselmann; her parents-in-law, Ben and Catherine Hempen; her in-laws, Ray, Betty Hempen, Dolores, Fritz Meyer, Joe, Marie Meyer, Sam Jannett and Ernie Werner; and also Gladys Hustedde.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Wesselman of Carlyle, Len Hempen (Jane) of Taylorville, Dennis Hempen (Diane) of Carlyle, Larry Hempen (Kay) of Carlyle and Paula Timmermann (Ron) of Carlyle; her grandchildren, Karen Huels (Dave), Kevin Wesselmann, Stephanie Althoff (Ken), Rob Hempen (Sarah), Kyle Hempen (Jordan), Tonia Deer (Justin), Ryan Hempen (Amber), Stacie Steinkamp (Jason), Nick Timmermann (Lyndsey) and Jason Timmermann (C. J.); and her sister-in-law Billie Werner. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
