He was predeceased by: his brother Glen L. Thoele. He is survived by: his children, Brian Thoele of Mexia, TX, Donna Partain (Thomas) of Iuka and Brenda Douglas (Tim) of Conroe, TX; his grandchildren, Holly Benson, Jacob Thoele, Laura Partain, Andrew Partain, Joseph Partain and Jillian Thoele; his great grandchildren, Ava Benson, Jase and Emery Thoele; his close friend Grapperhaus of Carlyle; and his sister-in-law Mary Thoele of Carlyle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross or the Clinton County Humane Society and will be received at the funeral home.
