She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Paul and Mildred Viola Meyer; her husband Charles "Buddy" Foster; and her brother Curt Meyer (Sharon). She is survived by: her children, Curtis Foster (Vickie) of Bartelso, Charles Foster, III (Lenora) of Salem, Carl Foster (Sherry) of Sandoval, Charlene Kampwerth (Gary) of Carlyle, Craig Foster of Beckemeyer, Chad Foster (Tonya) of Carlyle and Cheryl Foster of Carlyle; and her siblings, Carla Meyer (Edwin) of Bartelso and Gerald Meyer (Shelly) of Mobile, AL.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandsons.
