Charles Hoffman Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. and Genevieve M; his parents-in-law, Bernice and Carl Backsmeyer; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy, Wayne Hackstadt, Diana, Chuck Struckhoff and Greg Backsmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Kandy Backsmeyer; his sons, Dustin Hoffman (Amanda) and Ryan Hoffman (Rae); his grandchildren, Haleigh, Liam and Cooper; his siblings, Brad Hoffman (Nancy) and Heather Hoffman; and his brother-in-law Gary Backsmeyer (Jane).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nordike Funeral Home (740 Fairfax St, Carlyle, IL 62231). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials made in memory of Craig, may be made to Hooterfest or to HSHS Hospice and will be received at the funeral home.
