He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Meyer; his children, Curtis Foster (Vickie) of Bartelso, Charles Foster, III (Lenora) of Salem, Carl Foster (Sherry) of Sandoval, Charlene Kampwerth (Gary) of Carlyle, Craig Foster (Gina) of Beckemeyer, Chad Foster (Tonya) of Carlyle and Cheryl Foster of Carlyle; and his siblings, Norma Spanley, Shirley Crepps and Roland Foster. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
