Though Cecilia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cecilia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church (18010 St Rose Rd, Breese, IL 62230).
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Rose Parish or St. Rose Development Club and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
