We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 86, Bernard Seiffert of Carlyle, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Seiffert and Opal Seiffert (Rittenhouse); his son Timothy Seiffert; and his siblings, Ruth Peters (Vince), Betty Robben (Tom), Mary Ade, Paul Seiffert (Margie), Kate Forrest (Jim) and Jane Henn (Glenn).
He is survived by: his wife Janis Pollmann; his daughter Denise Belobraydic (Bob); his grandchildren, Ceara Meyer (Joshua), Annake Belobraydic, Kiley Belobraydic, Brandon Belobraydic (Kali) and Katie Merkle (Craig); his great grandchildren, Olive, Jameson Meyer and Louis Merkle; and his brother Jim Seiffert (Clare).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Zieren Funeral Home (1111 Clinton St, Carlyle, IL 62231). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (1171 Jefferson St, Carlyle, IL 62231).
