She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cook and Nola M. Cook; her husband Joseph Moss; her children, Sam Moss and Donna Forth; and her great grandchild Nora Gerrish.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Moss (Lowanna) of Carlyle and Patty Wood of Carlyle; her grandchildren, Amber Gerrish (Levi) of Elkhart, IN, Louise Logan (Aaron) of Sparta, IL, Mary Graham (Danny) of Salem, IL, Mark Johnson (Jessica) of Carlyle, Dallas Gill (Becca) of Carlyle, Melissa Blankenship (RJ) of Carlyle, Rachel Moss of Breese, IL and Robin Andrews of Crab Orchard, IL; and her great grandchildren, Abbie Graham (Liam) of Salem, Brooke Johnson of Carlyle, Emma Logan of Sparta and Hendrick Anthony of Carlyle. She is also survived by several other great grandchildren.
