He is survived by: his parents, Steven Thomas and Staci Nicole Craig of Carlock, IL; his grandparents, Teresa McIntosh (Phillip) of Peoria, IL, Ron Phipps (Paula) of Bloomington, IL, Richard and Pamela Craig of Manito, IL; and his great-grandparent Alice Ford of Hillsboro, IL.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Neonatal Unit at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL.
