He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kulenkamp and Emily Harris Kulenkamp. He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson Kulenkamp; his sons, Levi Kulenkamp (Melissa) of Rogersville and Kyle Kulenkamp (Carson) of Carlinville; his stepchildren, Scott Dunn (Jessica) of White Hall, Tim Dunn (Kris) of Chesterfield and Melaine Dunn of Springfield; and his siblings, Jack Kulenkamp of North Carolina, Peggy Yudinsky of Carlinville, Dorothy Kulenkamp of Alton and Ruth Kulenkamp of Nilwood.
