He is survived by: his wife Jane Kelsey of Carlinville, IL; his children, Andrea Leefers (Alex) of Carlinville, IL and William H. Kelsey (Lauren) of Jackson, MO; his sisters, Kris Birkenkamp (Ray) and Lorie Wiles; his granddaughter Aria Leefers; his mother-in-law Delores Copley; and his brother-in-law Steve Copley (Jamie).

Memorial donations may go to the Blackburn College Scholarship Fund.
