It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William M. Fraser in Carlinville, Illinois, born in White Hall, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fraser and Vera Fraser; and his brother Larry Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Patrice Weise; his son Joe of Carlinville; his sisters, Cara Sue Crain (Rob) of Manchester and Joyce Baker (Ed) of White Hall; and also Donovan King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are to Macoupin County Animal Control and Adoption Center of Carlinville, and the Chordoma Foundation of Durham, North Carolina.
