He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Scott and Charlotte Scott (Coatney); and his children, Mathew Scott and Karen Wiles (Beverly Lash). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Scott; his children, Dwayne Chism (Amy) of Carlinville, IL, Steve Scott (Natasha), Damion Chism (Darlene) and Jennifer Kanz (Jimmy); and his siblings, Patsy Clark (Calvin) of Carlinville, IL, Dennis Scott (Debbie), Jim Scott (Peggy) and Edith Cox (Doug) of Shipman, IL. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
