He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Curtis and Mary Curtis (Prior); and his daughter Sandra. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his sister Martha Webb of Carthage; his children, Claudia Leonatti (Dale) of Springfield, John Curtis (Carla) of Shelbyville, Bryan Curtis (Laurie) of Cartersville and Janice Donaldson of Carlinville; and his grandchildren, Dr. Stacey Wilkinson (Will) of Townsend, Andy Leonatti (Erin) of St. Louis, Matt Donaldson (Samantha) of Carlinville, Clay Donaldson (KC) of Fairview Heights, Zach Donaldson of Carlinville, Micah Curtis of Bloomington, Hannah Burich (Tyler) of Charleston, Sarah Dannys (Eddie) of Urbana and Brianna Curtis (Zack) of Palm City. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a mess of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
