She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Paul and Christine Mary Costello (Green); and her siblings, Philip Raymond Costello, Robert Paul Costello, Richard Michael Costello, Wayne Allen Costello, John Andrew Costello, Larry Eugene Costello, Randy Curtis Costello, Laura Marlene Costello and Janet Emelene Costello.

She is survived by: her brothers, Jerry L. Costello of Pinkneyville, IL and Charles E. Costello of Greenfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
