He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Stokes (Gonoude) of Van Alstyne, TX; his former wife Sheila Hicks; his daughter Samatha Heggy (Justin) of Carlinville, IL; his grandson Oliver Saffell of Carlinville, IL; his sisters, Denise Stokes of Sherman, TX and Jodi Rettmeier (Joe Stephens) of Van Alstyne, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Stephens, Keely Rocha, Jayna Stephens, Ryan Stokes, Jesse Stephens, Jacob Rettmeier and Jenner Stephens.
