He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Guthrie and Reble Guthrie (Boyd); and his brother Mark Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Mary Guthrie; his sister Cathy Whitler of Carlinville, IL; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Karsten. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
