He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Lee Totsch August. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Graham (Mike) of Carlinville, Sally Strohbeck of Carlinville, Ronald Strohbeck (Carol) of Carlinville and Randall Strohbeck (JoAnn) of Carlinville; his brothers, Glenn Strohbeck and Roy Lee Strohbeck; and his aunts, Dorothy Strohbeck (Fite) and Merna Buhs (Fite). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Macoupin County Historical Society 920 W Breckenridge St, Carlinville, IL 62626, the Carlinville School Milk Fund, or the Carlinville Middle School LINK Program 110 Illinois Street, Carlinville, IL 62626. .
