She was predeceased by: her father Henrik Hartmann. She is survived by: her husband Bradley Chilton of Carlinville, IL; her mother Anastasia Smith Hartmann of Madison, WI; and her siblings, James Walsh (Marie) of Pasadena, CA, Tony Hartmann (Carolyn Haerr) of Fitchberg, WI, Jeni Hartmann (Shawn Grimes) of Durango, CO, Arne Hartmann (Paul Floding) of Portland, OR and Signe Hartmann (Art Gluck) of Denver, CO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to The Federated Church, Carlinville, IL.
