She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Dugger and Lela Aletha Dugger (Hull); her husband Leroy F. Mullens; her children, Sue Mullens, Pamela Whitlock, Larry and Donald Mullens; her granddaughters, Bonnie Schmedeke and Dawn McMurray; and her siblings, Ann Childress, Sarah Witt, Donald, Gilbert, Francis (Red) and Junior Dugger.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary McMurray (Donald) of Carlinville, IL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Letha's memory to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
