It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Kalaher Sr. (Carlinville, Illinois), who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leo Kalaher Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Kalaher and Helen Kalaher (Jetton); and his sisters, Mae Rosentreter and Louise Woods. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Rosentreter; his children, Rosemary Arnett (Don) of Carlinville, Shirley Rodgers (Larry) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Edward L. Kalaher Jr. (Kay) of Carlinville; and his grandchildren, Michelle Niermann (Steve) of North Liberty, IA, Julie Behme (Jeff), Patrick Kalaher (Becki) of Carlinville, Elizabeth Daniels and Chris Daniels (Sloan) of Bloomington, IL.. He is also survived by 8 great-grand children and several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Corona Virus, private family services will be held.
