He is survived by: his significant other Cora Smith of Springfield, IL; his daughters, Crystal Peltz (Marc) of St. Petersburg, FL and Lori Osborne of Normal, IL; his granddaughter Megan Osborne of Normal, IL; his brother David Bettis of Caseyville, IL; his nephew Charles Bettis (Ashley); and his niece Becky Kaufmann (Scott).
