She was predeceased by: her father Lester Scharfenberg; and her sister Janet Schafenberg. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Scharfenberg (Jenkins) of Carlinville, IL; her former husband John Chasteen; her husband Bill Fullington of Carlinville, IL; her children, Linda Novak (Dave) of Dripping Springs, TX, Sandy Harris (Phil) of Moro, IL, Pam Hughes of Jerseyville, IL, Lori Brown (Jeff) of Carlinville, IL and John Fullington of Carlinville, IL; and her siblings, Terry Scharfenberg (Joan), Ted Scharfenberg, Jerilyn Rosetti (Rich), Joyce Emmons (Roy) and JoAnn Burke. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Burial will take place in Charity Cemetery, rural Carlinville.
