It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Davis (Carlinville, Illinois), who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan E. Davis and Vivian Davis (Brown); and his siblings, Jean Chamberlin, Doris Leffleman and Robert S. Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Davis (Formea); his children, Jon Paul Davis (Gail) of Carrollton, Stephen Davis (Pam) of Carlinville, Andrew Davis (Karen) of Lake St, Ann Hankins of Gillespie, Juliana Rakers of Hamburg and Regina Eschbacher (Robert) of St. Louis; and his sister-in-law Judy Davis of Copper Harbor. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and twenty- five great grandchildren.
