He is survived by: his mother Rose Scott (Maltby) of Taylorville, IL; his children, Kirsten Bilan (Peter) of Albuquerque, NM and Cory Scott of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Madeline and Jack Bilan of Albuquerque, NM; his siblings, Jackie Mitchell of Phoenix, AZ, Debbie Burge (Rick) of Nokomis, IL, Becky Bell of Bloomington, IL and Sid Scott (Marie) of Brooklyn, MI; and his pets, Sadie and Trixie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
