He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Walker and Blanche Walker (Cloney); his wife Betty Walker; his siblings, Charles Walker, Daniel Walker and Evelyn Snell; and his sons-in-law, John Eddy and William "Bill" Woolfolk.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Walker (Carlene) of Carlinville, IL, Cindy DeJarnette (Greg) of Lincoln, IL, Mindy Eddy of Pinehurst, NC, Ellenor Karrick of Carlinville, IL, Melody Harkey-Dufner of Carlinville, IL and Marla Woolfolk of Carlinville, IL. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Christian Church (410 E 1st N St, Carlinville, IL 62626). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Memorial Christian Church or Salvation Army.
