She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lewis and Martha Glass Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Crays (Thomas) of Carlinville; her great grandchild Brian Bouillon (Jody); her stepgrandchildren, Megan Bouillon and Dane; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lacey Crays, Stephanie Sullivan (Paul) and Matthew Crays.

Memorials may be made to Cross Church.
