He is survived by: his mother Sue Ann Warren-Costello (Lambert) of Carlinville, IL; his children, Brandy Lynn Warren, Cody John Warren and Kelsey Marie Warren; his granddaughter Audriella Anna Mae Warren; his brothers, Gregory Warren (Jean Shingler) and Mark Warren (Vickie Stolte) of Carlinville, IL; and his stepsister Katie Shetka (Mike).
