He is survived by: his wife Ann Levi of Carlinville, IL; his sons, Dr. Anthony Grichnik (Heather) of Eureka, IL, Michael Grichnik (Laura) of Peoria, IL and William Legge (Viktorija) of Springfield, IL; and his sister Judy Vogel (Tom) of Gulf Shores, AL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
