He was predeceased by: his parents, Evans T. Collins and Doris L. Collins (Grant); his daughter Toni Mae Collins; his parents-in-law, Tony and Gloria Farneti; his nephew Lucas Wiemers; and his brother-in-law Mike Farneti.
He is survived by: his wife Karen R. Farneti. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
