He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Ernest and Lillian (Bouillon); and his brothers, Gerald E. Tetzlaff and Lloyd Tetzlaff. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ellen Tetzlaff of Carlinville, IL; his children, Larry Dean Tetzlaff (Janna) of Hettick, IL and Krista Lynette Hendricks (Jeff) of Warrenton, MO; his grandchildren, Trisha Waters (Josh), A. J. Hendricks, Austin Hendricks and Kelsey Sanson (Dalton); and his sister Marilyn Best (Keith Petri) of Carlinville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
