He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Duckels and Velma Duckels (Arnett); and his brother Howard Duckels. He is survived by: his former wives, Barbara J. Lindquist and Jeannie Wolfe; his sons, Daniel A Duckels (Gail) of Carlinville, IL and Dean E. Duckels (Julia) of Cottage Hills, IL; his grandchildren, Lyndsay Casad, Julie Loftis (Dan), Whitney Brockmeyer (Cory), Aaron Duckels and David Duckels (Paige Wolfe); his great grandchildren, Dalton, Cassie Loftis, Tyson, Tyra Casad, Easton, Grayson and Corbin Brockmeyer; his sister Helen Sapp of Terre Haute, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Duckels of Carlinville, IL and Sherri Rose (Larry) of Edwardsville, IL.
Memorials are suggested to either the Keller Cemetery or the Chesterfield Community Club.
