He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Christian and Clara Behme (Rhodes); and his siblings, Henry Vincent, Floyd (Joyce), Erwin Behme (Barbara), Myrtle Karrick (Stanley), Iva Loveless (Richard), Irene Peacock (Edgar), Lela Robinson (Gilson), Stella Coffey (Glenn) and Esther Fagerburg.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Jeisy (Larry), Sharon Missey (Keith), Annette Bellm (James), Carol Tillman (Randall), Jennifer Titus (Jerry), Christopher (Kelly), Jeffrey (Julie) and Gregory Behme (Stefanie); his grandchildren, Luke Behme (Jenny), Richard Jeisy (Rachael), Eric Bellm (Cameron), Curt Jeisy (Nicole), Andrew Bellm (Kelly), Rachel Tillman, Rene'e Ruholl (Dillon), Ryan Tillman (Whitney), Tyler Behme, Victoria Titus, Claire Behme, Alexander Behme, Frank Titus, Mary, Ellie and Charlie Behme; his goddaughters, Marianne Buhrow, Jayne Dumas and Kathleen Clark; his sister Verna Knudson (Richard); and his sister-in-law Judy Behme. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, fifty nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ss Mary & Joseph Catholic Church (2010 E 1st S St, Carlinville, IL 62626). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Calvary Cemetery (18552 State Rte 4, Carlinville, IL 62626).
