He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Zank (Robert Zank) and Ernest Lohnes. He is survived by: his wife Kristine Lohnes of Carlinville, IL.; his children, Heather Lohnes-Kanllakan (Mark) of Carlinville, IL, Geoff Lohnes (Victoria) of Merritt Island, FL and Brock Lohnes of Carlinville, IL.; his grandchildren, Jackson Bradley, Gabriel Alexander, Quincy Rose and Charlie Kristine; and his brother Kirk Lohnes (Tania). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Christian Church (19433 W Frontage Rd, Raymond, IL 62560). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family prefers memorials in lieu of flowers. Memorials may be made to PHCC, Macoupin Center for the Developmentally Disabled, or the Macoupin Animal Shelter.
