She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Huddlestun and Deetta Wilmirth Huddlestun; her great grandchild Karson Shanner; and her sisters, Lola Hancock, Mabel Steiner and May Wadsworth.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Wadsworth of Carlinville, IL; her children, James Wadsworth, Samuel Wadsworth (Sharon), Ann Boehm (John) of Carlinville, IL, John Wadsworth (Sharon) of Benton, IL and Sue Hampton of Carlinville, IL; and her sister Patty Heyen of Dorchester, IL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
