She is survived by: her husband William Jack Moake of Carlinville, IL; her sons, Scott Gwillim (Jennifer) of Camdenton, MO, Mickey Gwillim of Carlinville, IL and John Gwillim Wright (Steve) of Tacoma, WA; her stepson Brian Moake (Kathleen) of Denton, TX; her son-in-law Steve Allen of Matthews, NC; and her sister Marilyn Puckett of Thompsonville, IL.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
