She was predeceased by: her parents, Reno Blake and Dorothy Blake (Morse); her husband Robert H. Bell, Jr.; and her brother Reno Blake. She is survived by: her children, Deehan Rives (Robert), Robert Bell, III, Christopher Bell (Jennifer) and Leisha Ballinger (Lance); her grandchildren, Haley Siefert (Eric), Shelby Denicke (Rik), Antonio Ulloa (Arem), Mallory Ramsey (Tyler), Hillary Feltrop (Preston) and Jordan Leefers (Blake); and her great grandchildren, Rowan, Keller, Riley, Julian, Finn, Halen, Collins, Summit and Huxlee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Carlinville Public Library or the Macoupin County Animal Control & Adoption Center.
