Betty J. Gwillim Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Gwillim of Carlinville, Illinois, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Maberry and Ruth Maberry (Baker); her husband Alfred L. "Bo" Gwillim; and her brothers, Willard, David and Clarence "Clem" Maberry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Matteson (Todd) of Trenton, SC and Sherry Goodell (Tom) of Vandalia, IL; her grandchildren, Phillip Stacy (Missy), Andrew Goodell (Kyra Austria), Nick Goodell, Mark Matteson, Michelle Matteson and Meredith Matteson; her great grandchildren, Brendan Stacy and Austin Smith; her siblings, Charles Maberry (Catherine) of Hardin, IL and Thelma Maberry of Auburn, IL; and her brother-in-law Jerry Gwillim (Joyce) of Bonne Terre, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Burial will take place in Charity Cemetery.
