He was predeceased by: his stepbrother Dewayne Dull. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald E. Miller and Gloria Miller (Linn); his son Dakota Jay Miller; his brother Donald Miller; and his stepbrothers, Carl Dull and Michael Dull.
