Vera Needham Sherrell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2020, at the age of 94, Vera Needham Sherrell of Carbondale, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sylvan Sherrell; her parents, Arthur Needham and Flossie Mae Needham; her siblings, Virginia Pickens, Ruth Fitzpatrick and Charles Needham; and her daughter Verna Gail Gilliam.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Mroczek (Tom) of Vancouver, WA, Millie Cichon (Jim) of Pearce, AZ, Sheila Carlis (Gene) of Badin, NC, Arthur Hall (Lisa) of Albemarle, NC and Curtis Hall of Gold Hill, NC.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
