She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ford and Fronie Louise Baltzell (Riegger); her brother Johnny Baltzell; and her nieces, Billi Wills and Christy Gale.
She is survived by: her sons, Dylan Baltzell and Joe Baltzell; her siblings, William Baltzell (Suzanne), Larry Baltzell (Mary Beth), Terrie Schaeffer (John), Priscilla Russell and Clara Gale; her sister-in-law Laura Baltzell; and her friends, Phyllis Mezo, Allan Lovejoy, Lana Abercrombie and Teresa Tripp. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Tina's name to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
