He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cleveland and Esther Monroe (Starling); his wife Delorse Monroe; and his daughters, Debra Jane and Michele Leigh.
He is survived by: his sons, Kim Lee (Donna Monroe) and Thomas L. Monroe. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
