It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stafford James Part of Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stafford and Evelyn; his son Jason Part; his grandson Spencer Part; and his brother Kenneth Part.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Part of Carbondale; his children, Jesse Part (Allyssa) of Cambria, Justin Part (Shaina) of Carbondale and Jamie Part of Collinsville; and his grandchildren, Oliver, Adalynn and Connor Part. He is also survived by two brothers; five sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 health concerns, the visitation and funeral will be limited to 50 people along with the requirements of masks and social distancing.
Memorials may be made to the SIH Foundation - Cancer Institute or Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
